BIE Executive are a privately held interim management, executive search and transformation specialist. As a result of positive expansion, BIE are currently recruiting for a Client Services Manager to help drive the recruitment activity within our Business Transformation team. This role is a pivotal position within the team and will be responsible for resourcing candidates for key roles within a programme environment. The ideal candidate will come from a volume driven recruitment background (RPO or similar ), be it in house or agency.

We are looking for someone who can manage our candidate pool, pipeline and resource for live jobs and projects. They must be comfortable managing both senior client and candidate relationships with a proven track record of delivering multiple recruitment hires within fairly aggressive time frames. You will be tasked with sourcing project and programme management candidates across a variety of disciplines including IT/Technology, Human Resources and Finance.
