The consistent leader of our European offices and home to our top billing Director and Principal Consultant, the Temporaries division has a well established client based with continuous growth thanks to our reputation within the multilingual Temporaries industry. You will be expected to develop the existing client base as well as find new opportunities across London and the UK. We cover a variety of positions from Customer Service Advisors through to Copywriters and Sales Executives across a wide range of sectors from financial markets through to high end luxury brands. A team of 7 fantastic consultants who are led by our Country Director and most successful Principal Consultant, providing years of experience and knowledge to tap in to and a fantastic platform to success.
We are looking for 360 recruiters to deliver a seamless service which will cover o Building an in-depth knowledge of the Temporary recruitment market o Identify, target and qualify potential candidates and clients for your market through cold calling, lead generation and sourcing techniques o Interviewing and presenting candidates to clients o Sourcing job leads and convert to job orders for your team and your own desk o Presenting terms of business to clients o Arranging client visits to win new business and build relationships for your own desk and that of your team o Securing repeat business for your own desk and that of your team o Planning business strategies for your own desk with the support of the Country Director o Creating quarterly business plans for your own desk
