This is a 100% client focused role, where you will be helping to manage our rapidly growing customer base. You’ll be getting involved in closing warm leads and upselling to our large client base. As well as targeted business development to keep things interesting!
You'll be a natural with people being able to build rapport quickly and make clients feel like they’re all that matters. Have 1+ years sales or recruitment experience under your belt with a history of hitting and exceeding your targets. Attention to detail is a must as is a high level of organisation. Self-motivated with good energy levels and a strong work ethic. The role at first with have more of a business development aspect to it moving into a more account manager focus as your client base grows so you need to be open to new business prospecting.

Starting at Jobheron, we don't just plonk you down at your desk on your first day and make you get on the phone. We understand our business model is different to what you have probably been working with in your last role, so we have a gradual training programme that builds up over a 6 week period so at the end of this you should be bringing on and managing your own clients effectvily. You'll get first-hand training from Ben our founder and CEO as well as mentoring from other experienced team mates to make sure you get up to speed quickly and help guide you on your first few months and ongoing thereafter.
