Fear not! if you love the client aspects of recruitment and the rush of closing deals, our Account Manager opportunity is the perfect fit! You will be working in a 100% client focused role, being given your own clients to manage after month one. Day to day you will be closing warm leads and upselling to your own large client base.

Starting at Jobheron, we don't just plonk you down at your desk on your first day and make you get on the phone. We understand our business model is different to what you have probably been working within your last role, so we have a gradual training programme that builds up over a 4 week period so at the end of this you should be managing your own clients. You'll get first-hand training from Ben, our founder and CEO, as well as mentoring from other experienced team mates to get you up to speed quickly and help guide you during your first few months and ongoing thereafter.
