Considering a move out of Recruitment and into a more client-focused Account Manager role? Tired of those “lovely” parts of the job like viewing 100’s of Linkedin profiles, day in, day out, people not turning up for interviews or offers dropping out? Fear not! if you love the client aspects of recruitment and the rush of closing deals, our Account Manager opportunity is the perfect fit! You will be working in a 100% client focused role, being given your own clients to manage after month one. Day to day you will be closing warm leads and upselling to your own large client base.

Great Training

Starting at Jobheron, we don't just plonk you down at your desk on your first day and make you get on the phone. We understand our business model is different to what you have probably been working within your last role, so we have a gradual training programme that builds up over a 4 week period so at the end of this you should be managing your own clients. You'll get first-hand training from Ben, our founder and CEO, as well as mentoring from other experienced team mates to get you up to speed quickly and help guide you during your first few months and ongoing thereafter.

Based right opposite Borough Market in London Bridge, we offer an excellent central location for an easy commute. We've got an open-plan office with massive desks and lockers, free fruits, beer, soda, unlimited fresh ground coffee and some of the best street food in the UK at Borough Market, if you fancy something gourmet over your lunch break.
