About the Founder

Mark Ellwood has over 20 years of recruitment experience with 18 of these in Asia alone, having worked for a large publicly listed recruitment firm. In his previous role, he opened eight offices in six different countries (China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam) covering North and South East Asia. During this time he oversaw the creation of multiple new teams and divisions as offices grew. He has managed combined teams of 250+ people and budgets of GBP £25 million+. He has a proven track record of growing these successful teams and developing recruitment careers.
