Our commission structure recognises monthly, quarterly and annual results and we offer Insight Sales training from the RAIN group. Each consultant provides Interim, Executive Search and Leadership Assessment and development work to their clients, so there are single points of contact and accountability for the client and a deep understanding of their business and culture. We DON'T WORK TO KPI's other than client satisfaction and completion rates, everyone has an APPLE MACBOOK AIR , we're closed between Christmas and New Year - which we don't ask you to take as annual leave and offer a flexible working hours and location.
Someone to help us grow the existing business or develop new areas. A track record and knowledge of the commerce and industry sectors or financial services, FinTech or challenger bank sectors would be a natural fit to the existing business or if you can bring value else where we're open to a discussion and investing in it. We have particular functional strengths in Leadership and C-Suite roles in Risk, Technology, Data, Cyber, Digital, Product and Operations but if you can bring value to else where, we are again open to a discussion and investment. Ideally you'll have experience of the Executive Search market but if you're an experienced recruiter looking to move into search we're happy to train and invest in you.
