Adastrum delivers Leadership Assessment & Development, Executive Search and Interim Management services to our amazing clients to support their change, transformation and Digital enablement initiatives. Our clients range from FTSE100/250's to global private entities, challenger banks and Fintechs, professional services firms and scale ups and thanks to all things digital we work across most commercial sectors. We have particular strengths across the Technology, Product, Operations, Data, Cyber and Finance functions. We are wholly retained and our Leadership assessment and development work is based on the results of the original and groundbreaking Leadership Research we commissioned.

The Digital life

All our platforms and tools are cloud based, from email, collaboration and video conferencing to the Salesforce based CRM to payroll and expenses and of course the LinkedIn recruiter licenses. With this comes the flexibility to WORK FROM WHERE YOU NEED to be to get your work done be that the office, a client site or home. Our commission structure recognises monthly, quarterly and annual results and we offer Insight Sales training from the RAIN group. Each consultant provides Interim, Executive Search and Leadership Assessment and development work to their clients, so there are single points of contact and accountability for the client and a deep understanding of their business and culture. We DON'T WORK TO KPI's other than client satisfaction and completion rates, everyone has an APPLE MACBOOK AIR , we're closed between Christmas and New Year - which we don't ask you to take as annual leave and offer a flexible working hours and location.

What we're looking for:

Someone to help us grow the existing business or develop new areas. A track record and knowledge of the commerce and industry sectors or financial services, FinTech or challenger bank sectors would be a natural fit to the existing business or if you can bring value else where we're open to a discussion and investing in it. We have particular functional strengths in Leadership and C-Suite roles in Risk, Technology, Data, Cyber, Digital, Product and Operations but if you can bring value to else where, we are again open to a discussion and investment. Ideally you'll have experience of the Executive Search market but if you're an experienced recruiter looking to move into search we're happy to train and invest in you.

We expect our consultants to deliver work with our clients across all our service lines of Executive Search, Interim Management and Leadership Assessment and Development.
