These clients range from National businesses whereby we are on their PSL's to privately owned start-ups. Our Chairman is James Horler. James is a proven entrepreneur in hospitality. He was awarded The Catey for Group Restaurateur in 2004, is a past Acorn Award winner and was also recently named in The Top 100 Most Influential People in Hospitality. He is the Chief Executive of an expanding Restaurant/Pub group and sits on the Board of various other Restaurant and Retail Catering businesses as well as being a key judge for many industry accolades. Amanda Afiya is our Non-Executive Director She spent more than 25 years writing about hospitality and was most recently editor of The Caterer magazine, where she spent 27 years of her career. During this time, Amanda built up an enviable network and personal friendships with most of the hospitality industries renowned Chefs. As well as being on the Board of Directors for Cartwheel she is Chair of Hospitality Action’s national fundraising and marketing committee and a Trustee of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts’ Adopt-A-School charity.

General Salaries + Commission Structure

We offer competitive base salaries dependent upon experience + a very generous un-capped commission scheme, which is paid out monthly to our consultants. Our commission kicks in once a minimum threshold is reached, which is equivalent to twice your base salary, on a pro-rata basis and works on the following sliding scale: • 10% between x2 and x3 base salary • Once over x3 base salary, 10% is paid on the total fee value (e.g on a £30k salary once £90k is billed you will be earning £9k plus in commission) • Once over x4 base salary, 15% is paid on the total fee value • Once over x5 base salary, 20% is paid on the total fee value ..........the sky is the limit!!!!
