We are looking for hungry and passionate Recruiters ideally with track record at filling positions in Frontend, Backend and/or DevOps roles who don't feel like they're being rewarded or valued where they currently work - in fact that's exactly what happened to Olly. The ideal recruiter will have already have strong experience in the field they're passionate about and have the opportunity to build a team moving forward. Roles you'll be working on include the following: C-Level Search, Frontend Engineering, Backend Engineering, Mobile, DevOps, Big Data, Cybersecurity, Product or Design.
As a Tech Recruiter you will: - Work alongside our CEO on Engineering Recruitment instructions so you need to be comfortable speaking to a high volume of Engineers as well as the Leadership team within your clients - Provide excellent services and communication to all stakeholders during the process - Liaise directly with stakeholders to go into detail of their requirements and autonomously deliver suitable shortlists to Clients - Managing the candidate process: Sourcing, screening, Interviewing, managing offer / resignation process - Build a strong Pan-European network of candidates for our recurring remits - Managing our database ensuring all processes and procedures are followed - Build an efficient Social Media and Networking strategy to enable you to turn around remits in record times
