The Role

As a Senior Consultant you will: - Lead Business Development so you need to be comfortable speaking to and influencing senior level decision makers to effectively sell HiTalent's services - Provide excellent services and communication to all stakeholders during the process - Liaise directly with stakeholders to go into detail of their requirements and autonomously deliver suitable shortlists to Clients - Managing the candidate process: Sourcing, screening, Interviewing, managing offer / resignation process - Build a strong Pan-European network of candidates for our recurring remits - Managing our database ensuring all processes and procedures are followed - Build an efficient Social Media and Networking strategy to enable you to turn around remits in record times In return, we offer unlimited vacation days, free breakfast, snacks and drinks, no dresscode, many many team nights out and legit balcony too!
