As a Tech Recruiter you will: - Lead Recruitment so you need to be comfortable speaking to a high volume of Engineers as well as the Leadership team within your clients - Provide excellent services and communication to all stakeholders during the process - Liaise directly with stakeholders to go into detail of their requirements and autonomously deliver suitable shortlists to Clients - Managing the candidate process: Sourcing, screening, Interviewing, managing offer / resignation process - Build a strong Pan-European network of candidates for our recurring remits - Managing our database ensuring all processes and procedures are followed - Build an efficient Social Media and Networking strategy to enable you to turn around remits in record times In return, we offer flexitime, unlimited vacation days, free breakfast, snacks and drinks, no dresscode, many many team nights out and legit balcony too!
