As an Inhouse Talent Partner You Will:

• Work onsite with some of London's leading startups fulfilling their Tech recruitment requirements • Liaise directly with stakeholders to go into detail of their requirements and autonomously deliver suitable shortlists to Clients • Define and implement recruitment strategy to reach targets • Managing the candidate process: Sourcing, screening, Interviewing, managing offer / resignation process • Build a strong Pan-European network of candidates for your recurring remits • Managing our database ensuring all processes and procedures are followed • Build an efficient Social Media and Networking strategy for your startup to enable you to turn around remits in record times

What We’re Looking For:

• You’re an entrepreneur at heart – not many companies will give you the opportunity to build and run a team within your first twelve months! • Previous experience in technology resourcing on an international level • You understand the importance of Social Media, industry event organisation and building long-standing relationships.
