S.TWO are currently a small business who are about to make a big impression! Having made a great impact with local businesses in London and Hertfordshire based on exceptional customer service, we have secured private investment to scale the business significantly over the coming years. This will be fuelled by both organic and acquisition growth. We are therefore are looking for consultants, managers, teams and businesses that share our view that hiring organisations and candidates should be deemed "clients" in equal measure, and should always expect fantastic customer service.

How we see the world

We see the world in a straight forward way, and take an open and direct approach. This sometimes means having the conversations people don't want to hear, but we believe that this drives the best results for all, and builds longer term relationships that add real value. Whilst we're tech enabled (and see this as essential), relationships are our differentiator, and that's why we put our people at the heart of our business.

We recognise that people are our business, and giving them a great home to work from is important to us. We're creating a great environment where people can work & play. We're relaxed and sociable, and strongly believe that none of us alone are as smart as all of us together. That why we are building a great environment for folks to work in. We have loads of free parking, and there is a free shuttle bus to the office from Watford Junction station that runs every 15 minutes.

Then you actually look into it –it’s just garbage! That was until Ben at Hunted approached me with a simple intro about S.TWO - a young, ambitious company looking to challenge the recruitment norms, offering a great working environment, development and progression. I was hesitant at first, not looking to move, but seemingly intrigued. I really became interested when Ben got back to me after he’d met the S.TWO team and visited their offices. After meeting the team myself, my mind was made up! Having made the decision to join the team, I’ve settled right in. The avoidance of KPIs, flexible working, great vibe, even the terrible jokes (often aimed at my shocking chocolate obsession) – it’s all genuine. We’re all made to feel an equal part of the journey and I’m so excited about what’s to come as we continue to grow.

Salary & commission

We look to have a the right balance between strong basic salaries and commission that incentivises performance. Our commission therefore ratchets up to 25% of billing.

Flexibility on hours

We appreciate that everyone has a life outside of work and we are more than happy to take a flexible approach to working hours that work for you. We also understand that to give candidates and clients a great service, it sometimes doesn't fit in to a 9 to 5 box. So the doors are open from 7 till 7, and as long as it works for you, your clients and your candidates, we're happy for you to work your 40 hours with start and finish times that suit you.

The Directors

Having earned a great reputation in the fashion and recruitment industry, Sam launched S.TWO 2 and a half years ago, and has built a great foundation to scale the business substantially with the right backing. Having spent 20 years as a broker in the city, Mark brings a wealth of experience, a broad business background and great network of city contacts to the business. He left city life 2 years ago to join Sam at S.TWO. Kevin has worked in the recruitment and training world for over 20 years. Having been commercial and operations director at Randstad, he most latterly was MD of a private £80M recruitment and training group. We think the blend of these experiences and a like minded view of the world puts us in good shape to do something really great.
