As a Give A Grad A Go Consultant, we will train and support you as you develop into an expert in discovering the very best talent for your book of Clients – You will support your Clients throughout the full hiring process, sharing our industry-leading knowledge and insight into the Junior Talent market to help them make better-informed hiring decisions. You will develop an understanding of each Client’s needs in order to successfully match them with the best graduate talent. It will involve working on contingency-based searches (for candidates who are either fresh out of University or have up to 3 - 5 years’ commercial experience) or large multi-hiring projects & graduate schemes.
• A great work ethic twinned with an excellent academic or commercial track record • Evidence of working successfully in a fast-paced recruitment environment • Exceptional communication & people skills – you must love putting these into action, whether it’s in face to face meetings or over the telephone • Commercial maturity – this role is really consultative – you’ll be dealing with your peers as well as senior level Clients on a daily basis. • Someone who can keep lots of plates spinning at once – you could be working up to 15 roles at any one time – Keeping to project timelines and being super organised is crucial.

• The vast majority of the role will be managing recruitment processes for either established or new Clients. There will be minimal new business development. We have a Client Services team that does all our client acquisition. • We have a very large inbound candidate network. So you won’t need to stalk on LinkedIn to find candidates. • So if you love working with clients and placing candidates but you don’t enjoy the BD work or candidate attraction. Then this is a great opportunity for you. • We place a large number of candidates every month. With quite a few of our Clients this is on an ongoing basis. So we need people who are proactive, enjoy delivering a very high level of service and have the determination to get the job done.
