Incentives & Benefits

Our commission structure is based on a quarterly target for Account Managers. (It’s an annual target once you make it up to Key Account Manager). As an Account Manager you’ll earn 10% commission from the revenue you generate, with performance accelerators in place if you over achieve (we offer long haul flights, dinners out & holiday contributions). As an Account Manger you should be aiming to generate between £20,000 - £50,000 per quarter. And your basic salary is increased as you hit revenue-based milestones. Your clients base is built up for you and we receive anything up to 15,000 candidate CVs each month. So we set you up with everything you need in order to place as many people as possible. Once your workload builds up you'll also get the help of a Resourcer to help you manage your Projects.

Our team

Our team is our business. We're all hugely passionate about what we do, we love the idea that we get to have a big impact on people's careers and we get to work with some great candidates and some amazing clients. The team currently consists of 4 departments. Operations, Marketing, Resourcing & Consultanting. We still have a start-up vibe to our way of working. The office has a lively buzz to it so we wouldn't be the right fit for someone who likes a more formal or corporate office environment. But we are the right fit for people who want to be really successful, can work logically and quickly and who like being part of a very successful team. We're still of a size where everyone's individual performance has a big impact on the business and everyone here really likes the fact that they can see their hard work contributing to the success of the business.
