Due to fast growing client demand, we are looking to grow our current Perth Team by recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the fast-paced FM & CRE Division. This division currently focuses on the recruitment of technical, operational and management professionals within the Facilities Management Sector.

Your Duties will include, but not limited to:

Promoting and Marketing the General Recruitment Capability and Executive Search Services in the FM & CRE markets for both permanent and contract roles. Business Development and securing the right to work on relevant client projects. Managing the life cycle of role brief to placement of candidate Negotiating AustCorp terms of business with clients Candidate and pipeline building Obtaining and maintaining a sufficient amount of vacancies from clients, to ensure monthly targets are met Promoting the company’s business in a positive and professional manner at all times

Skills & Experience:

Experience in recruiting professionals within the FM & CRE market Ability to write suitable ads that would generate and attract candidates Expectational customer service and business relationship building skills with the ability to secure repeat business from clients A proven track record of achieving consistent month to month revenue and business generation Ability to work individually as well as in a team Enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard-working
