This will be a hybrid position (360), catering for existing requirements & nurturing existing accounts whilst also leading & developing the growth of your market & desk. You will be expected to; •Deliver resourcing capabilities for a variety of IT / Digital / Sales requirements. •Demonstrate experience resourcing with various tools such as; job boards, LinkedIn recruiter, social media, referrals, database, spidering the web, forums & exhibitions. •Exhibit strong candidate management skills, guiding through initial engagement, interview preparation, salary negotiations & on-boarding. •Proactively seek out new business opportunities by developing existing accounts & forging new relationships with growing companies. •Consult on recruitment best practise; guiding candidates & clients on market trends & keeping them up-to-date with all the required info. •Provide coaching, mentoring & overall support to juniors within the team & in time, manage further resource as your desk expands.
Ideally we’d like to see people who are passionate about their work & can demonstrate a track history of delivering exceptional services to their candidates & clients. You will be expected to have; •Experience as a 360 consultant; highlighting strong resourcing, business development & account management skills. •Familiarity delivering IT / Digital / Sales roles & a solid understanding of the necessary requirements. •Experience resourcing through a variety of tools (bonus points for any innovative tools you can bring to the table!). •Strong communication skills with the ability to converse from junior / grad level up to C-Level. •Knowledge of market trends & a keen interest in topics relating to IT / Digital / Sales initiatives. •Consistent billing history, min. £120k per annum
Term: Permanent Location: Milton Keynes. Salary: £30,000 - £40,000pa plus commission / bonus, 25 days holiday (plus birthdays off!) & benefits. Equipment: Laptop, mobile, database access, licenses to all major job boards, LI Recruiter License, StackOverflow License (plus more!). Commission: Zero Threshhold! Everything that you generate, you earn a % of. No underhanded tactics here!
