A Brief History

Established in 2010, Code Red Associates were founded on the belief that we could deliver a knowledgeable, results-orientated and consistent IT recruitment service in a saturated marketplace where these values are scarce commodities. Today, we retain these values whilst operating as committed IT and Professional Services Recruitment Specialists in a number of niche marketplaces where we have established an expert network of contacts that form the fabric of these sectors.

The Future

As a result of our continued success, this year we will be moving to a fully-refurbished, grade A, modern recruitment facility. The office is based in Lenton, just off the ring road at the end of Queens drive, situated close to Sat Bains, the Showcase Cinema Entertainment Park, Riverside Retail Park, The Boots Campus & Powerleague. On street parking is in abundance. We have invested heavily in this new facility and we now have the room required to expand rapidly. This is just what we intend to do by attracting experienced recruitment professionals to the business and through further investment in our entry level Recruitment Training Academy.

Straight-forward and uncapped, this is designed to motivate and help you maximise your performance and achievement. Threshold - £10,000 = 10% £10,000 - £25,000 = 25% >£25,000 = 50%

Of course; we do work to targets as that is just the reality of the industry - however we are not looking for someone to endlessly plug away cold-calling businesses needlessly. We look to build long-term relationships with clients, and pride ourselves on our excellent customer service for both clients and candidates so this would not be a role for the average sales-person. We look for individuals that can work smart, so if you come from a customer-focused, sales background and are not scared of hard work or the fact that no two days are the same then we would like to hear from you!
