Job Summary

Orbis is growing, and we’re looking for people to jump on board. We have a new opportunity for a Managing Consultant to join our Software Engineering team.

This role will be on a hybrid basis, based in London. You will be acting as a hands-on team lead, developing a group of high performing engineering recruiters.

- Focusing on mentoring, developing, leading and building out a team
- Remaining hands on as a 360 engineering recruiter, focusing on things like developing new business, account management and delivery of candidates
- Working in a collaborative, fast paced team of high performing recruitment specialists
- Utilising a wide range of sourcing techniques to target and engaging with top software engineering talent
- Being involved in cross-selling of services and acting as a key engineering leader
- Being involved in marketing campaigns and the hosting of events
- Building a strong personal brand and embedding yourself in the engineering community
- Working closely with the Software Engineering team, the wider sales team, plus our fantastic marketing and business support teams

We are open to profiles with demonstrable recruitment experience, ideally within software engineering or a related technical field, an ability to lead and mentor a team with a strong set of values, focusing on integrity, accountability and collaboration.

This role requires a socially driven person with an all-in approach, a dedication to our brand, amazing attention to detail and a ‘never give up’ mindset.
