Job Summary

Join our Software Engineering team in our London office for this exciting opportunity to expand our establish yourself as the go-to Senior Technology Recruiter within your space, work with innovative brands and build on our powerful database of expert talent.

- Working in a collaborative, fast paced team of high performing recruitment specialists

- Utilising a wider range of sourcing techniques to target and engaging with top software engineering talent

- Balancing responsibilities across delivery, account management and some marketing

- Developing, fostering, and managing a portfolio of client relationships

- Building a strong personal brand and embedding yourself in the engineering community

- Acting as a leader within the team, focusing on best practice and supporting more junior members as required

- Working closely with the Software Engineering team, the wider sales team, plus our fantastic marketing and business support teams


We are open to profiles with demonstrable recruitment experience - ideally within Software Engineering or a related technical field- and a strong set of values, focusing on integrity, accountability and collaboration.

This role requires a socially driven person with an all-in approach, a dedication to our brand, amazing attention to detail and a ‘never give up’ mindset.We’re on the lookout for a self-motivated rocket with a mission driven mentality, who wants to dive in, and get 👏 sh*t 👏 done 👏
