Job Summary

We’re looking for a superstar Consultant to work within our almighty Financial Services team focusing on Technology and Change roles based in London.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Developing a deep understanding of Financial Services
- Providing a knowleadgeable and consultative service, adding value to our clients hiring process beyond just sending CV's
- Creating and owning the processes around identifying and sourcing leading Financial Services, Technology and Change talent
- Discover creative search techniques to seek and connect with the most fitting candidates for our client's open job requirements
- Build a strong personal brand and community of Financial Services, Technology and Change experts
- Work closely with Financial Services, Technology and Change team, the wider sales team, plus our fantastic marketing and business support teams

IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We are open to profiles with experience recruiting in Technology and Change (preferably within the Asset Management industry or Financial Services) and demonstrable experience managing processes end to end. International recruitment experience or a degree in a finance-related field are beneficial but not necessary.

This role requires a socially driven person with an all-in approach, a dedication to our brand, amazing attention to detail and a ‘never give up’ mindset. We’re on the lookout for a self-motivated rocket with a mission driven mentality, who wants to dive in, and get 👏 sh*t 👏 done 👏
