We’re looking for a superstar Consultant to join our Nordics desk.
You’ll be working with the Nordics, Delivery, Engineering, DevOps and Cloud teams and reporting directly to Ryan Brown, the Managing Consultant of our Nordics desk, strategically supporting the further development of our business into the Nordics, identifying, qualifying and sending candidates and/or clients for jobs in the Nordics.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the Nordics team for an established business who have a winning culture, strong brand and financial security.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
· Supporting the team to grow to £1 million in a year
· Help develop the wider Nordics team
· Role model the growing team, be a right-hand person to the Managing Consultant
· Work closely with the Nordics, Delivery, Engineering, DevOps and Cloud teams to ensure winning the best talent in Scandinavia
· This role will be initially based in London with opportunities to travel and potential relocation to our other offices if you wish!
IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We are open to profiles with 6+ months of recruitment experience. Ideally, you would have exposure to the Nordic Tech Market, but this is not a must.
We’re on the lookout for a self-motivated rocket with a mission driven mentality, who wants to dive in, and get 👏 sh*t 👏 done 👏
