Job Summary

The Orbis Academy  

The Orbis Academy is a training programme unlike traditional graduate schemes or internships, designed to give you a great head start in your career in Recruitment 

1. It’s a 12-week intensive development programme within a broader 6 month supported period, made up of three main phases:
2. Introduction to recruitment: what it’s about, ethical principles, the keys to success. You will develop your understanding of technology and how it underpins everything our clients do. 

3. Practical workshops: You will be taken through every aspect of the job, fully equipping you and giving you the confidence to start building your network of candidates and clients.   

Sales floor experience: Prior to graduation, you will fully integrate with our existing teams and have the opportunity to test your skills in the real market; we believe that trusting you to get stuck in is the best way to foster development.  

The programme will also give you access to the Leadership team who will inspire and impart invaluable advice and guidance for the start of your career. 


About Recruiting… 

This is a role based on understanding and helping people. You’ll learn how to understand what kind of people a business needs for their team and know where to find them.  Through matching skilled individuals with the most exciting, innovative companies in tech, you’ll be guiding career journeys and contributing to brands that change the world. You’ll learn about building and maintaining a network of leading technical candidates and how to use this to deliver against your client’s needs, leaning on diversity and inclusion strategies. Making connections and using those relationships is a huge part of the role. This means you’ve got to have a passion for people and be a great communicator.

What You Need 
Ability to commit to 5 days a week in our London office for the duration of the programme
