Our Talent team is growing!

We're looking for an internal recruiter with 3years+ previous internal or rec2rec experience to join our team in London!


We’ve hired some incredible talent since starting the business in 2013. We have since opened NYC in 2017, Nashville in 2020, Amsterdam and Miami in 2021 and more to be announced across 2022.  


Our plan is to be circa 100+ in the UK and EU by 2023, which is where you come in! 



The Position: 


You will play a key role in our Talent Acquisition team by attracting, engaging and hiring top recruitment talent across the UK and EU. 


Working closely with leadership to maximise our growth plans and hiring strategies. 


Exposure to marketing support to boost personal branding, content & events and D&I projects.  


Autonomy to create and design your own career path. 


Full support from Director of Operations, Cofounders and current Talent team.
