The Role

Orbis is seeking a technical sourcer to help identify and assess technical talent for our cyber security team. Your work directly with our Head of Cyber Security recruitment to develop and execute of strategies to locate and attract candidates for Orbis’ clients. Orbis encourages practical and creative ways to find leading talent, investing a lot of time activating passive candidates through an innovative and highly engaging approach.

What you could be doing

⚫ Finding, attracting and building an incredible network of the world's best talent.  
⚫ Using a range of sourcing techniques to find candidates, both on LinkedIn and on other platforms.  
⚫ Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to clearly understand technical requirements of the role, the scope, and the team.  
⚫ Consistently posting adverts on job boards and social platforms.  
⚫ Recommend creative and results-orientated ideas to impact candidate pipelines through conducting research to best understand the market you’re in. 
⚫ Using the CRM to manage your talent pool and create candidate engagement strategies.  
⚫ Partnering closely with our account managers to best understand the demand of talent from our clients.  
⚫ Building your personal brand online and in person.
