MSP Recruitment Account Manager

We are looking for a recruitment consultant or account manager with 3 years+ experience preferably in Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences but we are open to all other industry experience, you would need to have experience of managing high level accounts. The role is a pure Account Manager position meaning NO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. If you are a 360 consultant and enjoy the account management side of your role than this would be a perfect transition for you. The main purpose of the role is to support and assist the EU Contract group in managing the day to day pipe-line of MSP roles and to ensure that delivery is maintained to each client. You will be working closely with the Head of Contract /Team Leaders to ensure a high level of service to our current clients. This opportunity doesn’t come along often within the recruitment market, it’s an opportunity to be purely focused on maintaining relationships. Responsibilities

o To operate as a liaison between ProClinical departments including Recruitment Contract delivery teams, Client Services, finance and business support. o Managing the operational aspects of all key MSP Contract Accounts currently including: 24 MSPs across Europe o Tracking weekly received roles, delivery to all roles. o Advising consultants/Team Leaders of Interview requests, Offers and Negotiation o Portal Administration o Ensure that compliance, SLA’s and KPI’s are maintained for all accounts. o Any account SLA or KPI updates are communicated to sales teams. o Advising Team Leaders and delivery teams of open roles. Pushing teams and consultants for delivery. o Providing Weekly report on delivery to MSP accounts. Track work flow. o Managing MSP relationships. Arranging quarterly meetings with key stakeholders. o Work with Business support to manage extensions and on boarding. o 1st line client services liaison for PO / new client Information enquiries from finance.
