With the job title of Resource Consultant, you will be fully trained in all aspects of recruitment by one of the senior members of the company. During your time in this role, you will be working with a Senior / Principal Consultant and tasked with finding suitable candidates for open job vacancies across Europe. Responsibilities include: • Advertising jobs on social media sites • Searching for CVs via the database • Head-hunting candidates and networking on social media platforms • Taking referrals and adding CVs to the database • Introducing yourself and briefing candidates about job opportunities • Discussing financial packages Key focus EU areas are: DACH, Benelux, Nordics, France, Spain, Italy and other countries within the EEA.

In addition to having our USA and APAC offices, we have built a Pan European team from our HQ in London to enable us to deliver successfully into these roles We offer full life science industry and recruitment training and each Resource Consultant is partnered closely with a mentor who will guide them on how to use the resources given. They will also assist you in learning your market and developing your professional candidate network in order to become a successful recruitment business partner. Once you start building your candidate network and making placements you will receive further training on business development which will enable you to develop relationships with clients and continue to succeed in your recruitment career. You will be rewarded with commission for every placement that you make from the day that you start.
