As an experienced perm Consultant you will be tasked with working with existing and new clients and candidates and building relationships with the aim of placing Medical professionals across Europe. Key responsibilities: • Maintain excellent and professional relationship with existing clients • Discuss recruitment needs & provide professional advice on solutions. • Headhunt suitable inactive candidates • Review applications, manage interviews and create a client shortlist • Brief candidates on the role and package • Organise interviews as requested by the client • Prepare candidates for interview • Provide feedback to candidates & clients following interviews • Discuss client job offers with candidates • Negotiate salary and finalise arrangements for placements Skills & Competencies: • Proven success within the recruitment industry • Articulate communicator • A confident and positive attitude • The ability to work under pressure and meet targets • Good organisational skills

The role joins a successful team of 4 London based Medical Affairs Consultants and takes responsibility for providing recruitment solutions for some of our major Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical clients across Europe. We are looking for someone who can successfully continue to develop existing relationships with our current client and candidate base, whilst identifying new opportunity across Europe. It focuses on senior perm roles within Medical Affairs and will give you the opportunity to earn on big fee's within this market.
