Our Academy will give you the chance to learn alongside piers and take your first steps on the recruitment ladder together. This style of learning will mean we invest time in you, ensuring you are supported every step of the way. Initially you will undertake 5 weeks of training through a variety of methods from Classroom to “hitting the phone”. You will receive hands on training and guidance from our Learning and Development manager, Our Directors and Management team. We will prepare you with Sector knowledge, Search and Selection techniques and how to take complete control of your business and progression Our Learning and Development manager will be with you every step of the way and will be passionate about both your career progression and earning potential.
