Introduction from the Directors

Getting into Recruitment, our goal was to a) make more money than we could spend, and b) progress through the ranks. How far we went would be a problem for another day. However, the problem was that progression plans seemed to be loose or non-existent and it seemed you got what you wanted by moving on. In setting up Consortia, we were determined that we would grow the business to the point we could create a clear and transparent pathway that would give all consultants an equal platform to progress through to Directorship and this is that program. Partnering with the very best in the industry, we have put together what we truly believe to be a differentiator, for us as a business and an amazing opportunity for our teams. Due to our exceptional growth, we are looking for experienced recruiters at all levels to spearhead the opening of our offices in Berlin, New York and Sydney.
