Purpose of the Role

As a Senior Account Manager in our Customer Relationships division, you can help us realise our vision by engaging with customers and candidates for new and existing accounts. You will be working closely with colleagues across the business to manage the full end-to-end recruitment process. The main purpose of this role is to engage with stakeholders in your portfolio of accounts to help fill existing roles, manage the pipeline for future requirements, and understand the extra services you can provide to truly elevate what we do. This means using all the tools at your disposal to engage with your talent community, engage with your stakeholders and maintain an in-depth understanding of what’s happening in your accounts. In order to help you succeed, you will be set some key metrics and numbers in areas such as meeting existing customers, discovering new opportunities within your accounts and managing the flow of talent coming through from our delivery function.

The Tangibles

To succeed as a Senior Account Manager in our Customer Relationships division, you will need to bring some clear skills and attributes with you, including: • 2-7 years experience in a recruitment delivery function • Extensive coverage of a specialist recruitment or industry sector- ideally within IT or Engineering • Mastery of a variety of techniques used to source and engage with candidates • Experience leading a small team, including training colleagues and assigning tasks • An enviable track record working in MSP/RPO/RPI operations • The ability to make your customers love you by driving value-add projects like events or customer surveys
