Purpose of the Role

As an Executive Consultant in our Customer Growth division, you can help us realise our vision by engaging with and building, a dynamic customer base in a specific vertical. You will be working closely with colleagues across the business to manage the full end-to-end recruitment process. The main purpose of this role is to lead on winning business opportunities, ranging from contingent roles with new customers, to full recruitment partnership insourcing agreements, and everything in between! In order to help you succeed, you will be set some key metrics and numbers in areas such as following up leads, attending customer meetings and increasing average fees.

The Tangibles

To succeed as an Executive Consultant in our Customer Growth Division, you will need to bring some clear skills and attributes with you, including: • 7+ years experience in a target-driven sales role • Genuine ownership of a specialist recruitment sector- ideally within IT or Engineering • Mastery of a variety of sales techniques used to win and grow new and existing customer accounts • Experience managing a high-achieving team of consultants • An outstanding track record of candidate engagement, sourcing and delivery • The ability to make your customers love you by initiating value-add projects like events or customer surveys
