Where Are We On Our Journey?

Sidekicks was founded in December 2015, and we've spent the past three years doing the challenging initial bit: building up a brand, name and reputation totally from scratch. The initial startup phase is now behind us, which means we're into scale up mode: i.e: the extremely exciting, super lucrative bit! Our business goals this year include carefully growing headcount (which is where you come in) and consolidating our success to ensure that we're ending 2019 in an unprecedented position of opportunity for every member of the team. Let's Talk Commission

We know (because we really have done our research!) that we have one of the best commission structures in the market. It's designed to be super clear and transparent, and we have no threshold WHATSOEVER - because we firmly believe you should earn commission on every pound you bring into the business. Monthly Fee Income: Commission: £0 to £10,000 10% £10,001 to £15,000 20% £15,001 plus 30% We operate with a 50:50 split on each deal. 50% goes to the Client owner and 50% goes to the Candidate owner. If you own the job, and the successful candidate, then 100% of that fee goes to your figures.
