Who are Identifi Global?
Ever watched the Imitation Game? No? Well it's certainly worth a watch. Identifi are based at the world famous Bletchley Park where Alan Turing (played by Benedict Cumberbatch) created the Enigma machine to crack Nazi codes in World War 2 featured in the Imitation Game. Once the top-secret home of the World War II Codebreakers and birthplace of GCHQ, its now a vibrant heritage attraction, also home to the National Computer Museum which houses Colossus - The worlds first ever computer and of course the home and birthplace of identifi global resources. There isn't a better place for a specialist Cyber Security, Digital and Business IT recruitment firm to be based. ETHICAL We appreciate that IT recruitment is a competitive sector and in order to differentiate our candidate experience we introduced our unique initiative, ‘Candidate Charter’. Each candidate we place rates their candidate experience out of 10 and our commission is payed out accordingly to that score (and by the way, our average score is 9.3). KNOWLEDGEABLE Every consultant receives extensive formal and on-the-desk training for the market niche and sector, so if you don’t have experience within IT recruitment, we are armed and equipped to fill in any knowledge gaps.
Our Culture
At Identifi Global we are incredibly ambitious. Our current headcount stands at 12 people but have plans to reach 16 people by the end of 2018. We pride ourselves on diversity with Swedish, Romanian and German consultants on the team! We actively encourage any language skills. With a Cloud-based CRM, we actively encourage flexi-working. Our working hours are 9-5.30. 70% of our staff have children and we want to encourage people to go home at 5.30pm!
Rewards & Incentives
We drive targets through incentives including: * Breakfast Club (once a month) * Michelin Club (quarterly) * Team Incentives - clay pigeon shooting, boating on the Grand Union canal, quad biking, day at the races - also stretch targets including Gold, Silver and Bronze events - Gold will see us boarding a plane! * daily and weekly spot prizes for customer service and meeting interview targets e.g. beer and food tokens We also like to reward consultants who hit their 6 month financial target with an additional £1,000 on top of your commission. So yes, that means an addition £2,000 is up for grabs.
Training & Development
All consultants receive bespoke targets based around experience and desk specialism. Each consultant will be a 360 recruiter specialising in either permanent or contract positions. In addition to on-the-desk training surrounding market knowledge, we have a 12 month training and development programme for new starters through SocialTalent. At the end of this you will become a qualified ‘Social Talent Ninja’! Some of our consultants have stormed through this completing it in just 3 months.
Commission Structure
We operate a monthly commission scheme which is based on monthly invoiced sales and customer feedback. The amounts are reset each month and paid using the table below. Monthly Billed Payable £1 - 25,000 15% £25,001 - £40,000 20% £40,001 - £60,000 22% £60,001+ 25%
Customer Feedback
Positive customer feedback is vital to our business. Every successful placement will be asked to complete a feedback questionnaire. The feedback asks the customer, to rate our service against our candidates charter (See Website) across 3 questions using a scale of 0-10. Each score is reviewed independently and commission is factored using the below scale. Non responses will automatically be scored as a 7. Score % of Commission Paid 0-5 50% 6-7 75% 8-10 100%

Where are we based ?
We think your work life balance is pretty important - we therefore work sensible hours. Our offices are close to all local amenities and just a 2 minutes walk from Bletchley Train station. We are a short drive from Junction 13 on the M1 and a 10 minute drive from Central MK shopping center. We have lots of free parking on site which include access to Bletchley Park 'Hut 6' - The canteen. Locally we are a couple of moments from the shops, restaurants and football stadium at MK1 and already have team members from surrounding areas including MK, Bedford, Northampton, Luton, Leighton Buzzard and Buckingham.
