THE ROLE
As an Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for hiring talent to join Signify Technology and work alongside our Head of Talent to ensure we hit hiring targets
Sourcing candidates for new positions via multiple channels such as Linked-in & job boards
Coordinating and scheduling interviews
Offers of employment and closing candidates
Coming up with marketing project ideas that can be rolled out by our marketing team to help gain attraction
Ensuring that any talent coming into the business believes in Signify Values & our brands goals
