You will help lead the Core Technology team in London. This is based in our London HQ and is a newly identified position due to success and rapid growth within our Technology department. This team is split across development and infrastructure with room to grow and expand across other technologies. You will be reporting to MD of the London business and working closely with the current senior leadership team within the business. We have an amazing existing client base in place which ranges from some of the hottest tech start ups to tech and clean cutting edge blue chips. The client base needs developing and nurturing but this isn't a cold business scenario. The focus of this role is to take the team and maximise their commercial and operational potential across a portfolio of key accounts. Helping them with their sourcing strategy, client mapping and success planning amongst other areas.
Maintain financial stability and deliver consistent NFI and profit, both within your own desk and the teams that you may be running. Install and uphold high performance culture, aligned to our company values and drive a continual improvement of ‘best in class’ productivity and result at all levels. Lead from the front with operational best practice, setting the example for all. Bill regularly on senior level appointments, developing top level relationships and providing market expertise through every stage of the process. Identify, address and train team members where capability issues exist, and consultants display underperformance. Regularly overachieve and celebrate successes with teams!
We are looking for a billing leader so a track record of successful billings is desired. You should also have some experience in managing a team and a background in technology recruitment. You should also be hungry and driven to overachieve - we see this person moving into the role of Associate Director in the near future. This is a perfect role for someone who believes they are ready to step up in a role with huge potential to grow within a company that has an aggressive growth strategy in the UK and across the EU.
