Twenty Recruitment Group is an award-winning, fast-growth international recruitment business with offices in London, New York and Austin Texas (with Berlin scheduled for 2019) Due to our rapid expansion, we are inviting applications for an Associate Director in Digital Tech. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes current technology with a background of managing teams across permanent or contract to continue our US growth story.
You will oversee our New York Digital Tech Teams across permanent and contract and contribute to the build out of our North America presence. We have an amazing existing client base in place which ranges from some of the hottest tech start ups to large scale media and entertainment companies. The client base needs developing and nurturing but this isn't a cold business scenario. Our model is to train graduates and develop them into industry leading vertical market specialists. The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in developing trainees and managing them through a career ladder as well as creating and environment of high performance. It's preferable to have a background in or an understanding of the US market. However, if you are currently based in Europe we will consider relocation as long as you have clearly demonstrable strengths in management and the tech recruiting space.
In addition to owning the growth of Digital Tech in our NYC office you will join the leadership team of Twenty USA. This means you will contribute to and influence the strategy of the US business and play a significant part in the opening of new offices. You will attend US leadership team meetings where the key goals are agreed for every aspect of the business from Front to Back office and then report back on your respective progress monthly. This is a hugely collaborative team where every member has a significant impact in the business and is highly motivated to drive the Twenty towards a common goal. You will immediately link up with our Austin team to ensure cross sales across all clients where possible.
