Twenty isn't your average recruitment company. We began life in the same week that Lehman brothers filed for bankrupcy and have grown to become an international business with an incredible history of growth. Our values (life's short, crystal clear and be eclectic) are incredibly important to us and we strive to live them every day in everything we do. Everyone at Twenty gets to become a share option holder after they have been here 12 months which helps to create a culture of shared ownership and going the extra mile for our clients, candidates and each other. Yes we are focused on ensuring our clients are securing the best talent, but we also want to make sure people at Twenty can progress through their careers very quickly, are invested in, feel valued, rewarded and are part of something deliberately different. Tech Stuff

Investment in technology is central to our strategy at Twenty. We use Bullhorn as our CRM which we have integrated with a number of other systems. Our hands free telephone system is completely integrated with Bullhorn and is also usable on the go via an app. Even the CEO's kids can use it!! We have built our own management information system which everyone has access to in order to manage their time effectively. Each consultant can see exactly what's going on within their desk. This helps consultants progress quicker and earn more which is why we invest consistently in tech. At Twenty each consultant has standards that are unique to their desk that they need to achieve to be successful. With our systems we've tried to make it as easy as possible to organise your time and work to make staying on track with your business plan as simple as possible.

What do we do for fun?

Its not all work work work - Every week we wrap up on a Friday with drinks in the office from our beer fridge - which rolls on to drinks outside the office. We also have treats like office masseurs to ensure our recruiters are in top shape!! - Every Month we have a global company meeting and a social. These range in activity from Table Tennis to Tenpin Bowling, Go Karting, watching the Yankees, Comedy clubs and pretty much anything else you can imagine. - Every quarter the top performers head out for an afternoon hosted by their local MD's for a Michelin star lunch, evening of cocktails + other entertainment. - Every Half Year we give the top performers the choice of which alternative office they'd like to visit and enable them to spend a week in London, New York or Austin Texas. - We also have company, office and team incentive trips which have resulted in a global trip for the whole company to Marbella, top performers going to Miami, Ibiza, Chamonix, St Anton, Cancun etc

Leadership led training

In most recruitment companies, the leaders of the business will swan in for an inspirational welcome speech – and leave. Rarely seen again. At Twenty our CEO and MD's deliver all the training and are sat with you on the desks to help out wherever they can. You’ll learn / get refreshers on everything from managing candidates to delivering winning client pitches. It's not all about us, we like to give a little back as well. Inclusion and diversity are important to Twenty and we've taken steps to ensure we support a number of initiatives for Women in Business. An example of this is sponsoring the Rising Star category at the "We are the City" awards. We also hold networking events for Women in Financial Services and support a number of LGBT initiatives. In addition we have a charity day once a month to raise money for a charity of a Twenty consultants' choice. We raised thousands of pounds each year, for a wide variety of causes by having bake sales, sponsored events, eating competitions and even parachute jumps. We aren't going to win any awards for our Karaoke though!!
