Twenty Recruitment Group is an award-winning, fast-growth international recruitment business with offices in London, New York, Austin Texas and Berlin with North Carolina planned in 2021. Due to our continued strong client demand through Covid, we are inviting applications for experienced recruiters / biling managers within Change Management to join our team in New York. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes Operational and or Tech Change with a background of recruiting permanent or contract to continue our US growth story.
What's the role?
You will take ownership of Change across permanent and contract for our client base in North America
We have an amazing existing client base in place which ranges from some of the hottest tech start ups to large scale media and entertainment companies. Also hypergrowth Fin Techs and multinational Financial Services companies. The client base needs developing and nurturing but this isn't a cold business scenario.
It's preferable to have a background in or an understanding of the US market. However, if you are currently based in Europe we will consider relocation when its possible to do so.
We have an amazing existing client base in place which ranges from some of the hottest tech start ups to large scale media and entertainment companies. Growing out across the USA
In addition to building out Change Management in our NYC office you will also work across the whole USA cleint base. This means you will contribute to and influence the strategy of the US business and play a significant part in the opening of new offices. We have already opened Austin Texas with North Carolina in the pipeline.
We are lucky enough to have some nationwide clients and the ideal individual will be comfortable sourcing roles as far afield as California, Florida, Detroit, Texas and Boston.
This is a hugely collaborative team where every member has a significant impact in the business and is highly motivated to drive the Twenty towards a common goal. You will immediately link up with our Austin team to ensure cross sales across all clients where possible.
