This person will be instrumental in bringing new business into the company and will have the opportunity to step into a leadership role if this is right step for you. A deep understanding of the daily running of a recruitment desk and is essential as are strong business development skills. We tier consultants basic salaries based on experience, and advancement. £18,000 - £21,000 Trainee Consultants (once you bill 15k / qualify your salary increases and your role progresses to Consultant) £25,000 - £30,000 Consultants (90k of billings in any 6 month period your salary increases and your role progresses to Senior) £30,000 - £36,000 Senior Consultants £36,000 - £48,000 Principle Consultants £36,000 - £48,000 Managing Consultants
COMMISSION All our consultants are remunerated with the same commission structure which, we believe, is very simple and rewards everyone equally. 75% of all the deals that you do (25% goes to a Resourcing Consultant) 35% of total monthly billings, this incorporates your basic. i.e. if you bill £10,000 and your basic is £30,000, your total monthly pay would be £3,500. Your payslip would look like: Basic £2,500 Commission £1,000 If you bill £15,000 and your basic is £30,000, your total monthly pay would be £5,250. Your payslip would look like: Basic £2,500 Commission £2,750 If you bill £20,000 and your basic is £30,000, your total monthly pay would be £7,000. Your payslip would look like: Basic £2,500 Commission £4,500

QUARTERLY BONUS Any billings over £50,000 in a fiscal quarter are rewarded with a 15% quarterly bonus. So if you bill £60,000 in a fiscal quarter, you would earn a quarterly bonus of £1,500, which represents 15% of £10,000, the amount billed above £50,000 in the fiscal quarter. So if you bill £80,000 in a fiscal quarter, you would earn a quarterly bonus of £4,500, which represents 15% of £30,000, the amount billed above £50,000 in the fiscal quarter. Managing Consultants earn a 2.5% override on their entire teams monthly billings, including their own. Throw into the mix a £30,000 annual bonus for achieving team target.
Targets are based on levels of seniority, and are reflective of ability. Consultant £10,000 per month Senior Consultant £15,000 per month Principle / Managing Consultant £15,000 per month
