We started RG Recruitment in March 2016, in a very small, managed office space in Altrincham. Initially there were only three of us.... very quickly we grew to a team of nine, and in need of a new office space. We moved down the road, to the other end of Altrincham town to our new home, 2400 sq ft of self contained offices across two floors, and lots of space to grow into. We believe that we have created an environment that nurtures success, learning and progression, we want everyone at RG Recruitment to thrive, to realise their own ambitions, both personal and professional. At RG Recruitment we have a very transparent package. We see every billing consultant as an equal in terms of earning ability. While basic salaries increase with seniority, our commission structure ensures that whatever your basic, you have the ability to earn exactly the same as anyone else who bills the same. 35% of total monthly billings, this incorporates your basic. With a £30,000 Salary: Monthly Billing ► Monthly Pay ► Annual OTE £10,000 ► £3,500 ► £42,000 £15,000 ► £5,250 ► £63,000 £20,000 ► £7,000 ► £90,000 + 4 x Quarterly Bonus of £1,500 £25,000 ► £8,750 ► £120,000 + 4 x Quarterly Bonus of £3,750 Managing Consultants earn a 2.5% override on their entire teams monthly billings, including their own. Throw into the mix a £30,000 annual bonus for achieving team target.
Charlie joined us as a 21 year old in January 2017. He had no recruitment experience, but a years worth of sales experience. He has taken to recruitment like a duck to water and has consistently demonstrated a hunger to improve, to learn and more recently to help others become successful. This is his career path with RG Recruitment: Mar 2017 - qualified as a Consultant Nov 2017 - promoted to Senior Consultant Nov 2018 - promoted to Managing Consultant Charlie is 23 years old and consistently billing £20k a month. He is brilliant, but his story is not unique in our business.

I have a passion for recruitment, I also really enjoy meeting new people and being a critical part of the growth within the tech industry. The next 12 months is all about growing my network and refining my skills further. I enjoy most cuisines with Indian and Italian being up there! I also enjoy the social a little too much.
You’ll be sure to find me in the pub on a Saturday afternoon socialising with friends and family, enjoying a huge plate of 30 Chicken wings with a large Gin and Tonic. Family is massive to me as I have just been made a proud father, so enjoying the numerous sleepless nights.
I’ve been keen about IT since I was young. I love the way it not only can entertain us, but also wow us all with its advances! This is why I’m on the hunt for some of the best applicants for some of the most niche roles going. This isn’t to say that I don’t like to chill out in my down time with a glass or rum and sit there and watch something comic book related.

We use world class, and internationally recognised, external trainers to deliver monthly master class training days, we have already seen results from these, adding on average 20% to individual monthly billings. We aim to develop each and every one of our team to consistently bill £20k a month, and therefore earning over £90k a year.
ABOUT MATT... Matt joined RG Recruitment September 2017, coming from a background in selling cranes door to door. We seen his potential in recruitment and he has exceeded all our expectations. Matt has successfully transitioned from building a desk as a consultant, to managing a team and continuing to develop his desk. Matt’s achievements have come through hard work and dedication, understanding that recruitment is not just a job, but a lifestyle and as such reaping the rewards both financially and through career recognition. We know Matt's growth will continue to exceed as we expand as a company.
