We pay commission monthly and our structure is broken down as follows. For Associate Consultants (Resourcers): Unlike most agencies, we pay our Resourcers commission whilst they're learning with us. If you generate a candidate who is placed by one of our consultants, you'll get 10% of the deal size. At Consultant level or above: £5,000+ billed = 10% commission on everything you bill 💰 £10,000+ billed = 15% commission on everything you bill 💰💰 £13,000+ billed = 20% commission on everything you bill 💰💰💰 £16,000+ billed = 25% commission on everything you bill 💰💰💰💰

From day one, you will be: ❇️ Acting as a vital link between candidates and our Consultants ❇️ Writing and posting compelling job advertisements to attract candidates ❇️ Proactively sourcing suitable candidates through database and LinkedIn searches, and through networking ❇️ Reviewing CV's and telephone screening candidates to assess their technical fit for a job ❇️ Meeting candidates to assess their cultural fit for a job and to build a relationship with them ❇️ Accompanying Consultants to client meetings to assess their needs and understand the brief ❇️ Organising interviews for candidates and providing feedback To get you promoted, we will teach you how to: ❇️ Win business from new and existing clients ❇️ Negotiate terms of business ❇️ Manage offers and negotiate salaries to ultimately secure placements ❇️ Manage P&L responsibility, including invoicing ❇️ Become a market expert and trusted adviser to your clients and candidates
We are looking for an Associate Consultant to come in and be an integral part of our team. Initially working alongside our two Directors you will support with candidate generation, and once you’ve gained sufficient knowledge of the market (normally after about 6 months) we'll expect you to be starting to take ownership of a desk.
Ideally you will have 6+ months recruitment experience. Perhaps you've been thrown in at the deep end and have had little to no support or guidance? Or have been put to work on a desk with no promise? Or are struggling to see a clear path to progression? 👓❌ You'll be the sort of person that loves talking to people and will have a natural flair for building relationships, connecting with people on both a commercial and social level. 💬 You will be inquisitive and curious. The sort of person that will always ask ‘why?’, helping you really get to know and understand the clients and candidates you work with. 🙋 You’ll be an entrepreneurially minded self-starter and thrive on autonomy, as well as teamwork and collaboration. 👨👩👧👧 You'll be pragmatic and organised.
