You’ll be responsible for taking a warm desk and making it HOT! – So you’ll be taking on existing clients and developing new business and sourcing candidates. We’re looking for someone with a successful and proven track record in both client and candidate acquisition, ideally working in a technical recruitment field. You’ll have experience of working in a candidate short market and have a knack for finding and engaging with candidates that are sometimes difficult to be found, or to get hold of! You’ll be a great problem solver, with excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence. Should you have experience in a similar market and a background in search and selection, that would be advantageous.
