Andrew's thoughts on joining TPP in 2017

Nicky guided me through the process of joining TPP earlier this year. Whilst there were a number of companies I was looking into joining, Nicky's clear passion for TPP, her supportive approach and her willingness to talk with me openly about my options really helped me to make my mind up. She was quick to identify what I wanted from my next career move and to discuss in detail the benefits of joining TPP. In addition, everything that she said was true! This was the smoothest and most comprehensive process I have been through when joining a new firm, and provided me with all the assurances that I needed before making my decision. The fact that I am now happily settled in a new role with a great team is due in no small part to the tireless efforts Nicky put in earlier this year. Longevity

13% of staff have worked at TPP for more than 10 years. 9% of staff have worked at TPP for 5-9 years. 23% of staff have worked at TPP for 3-4 years. "There are three main factors that have enabled me to still feel fulfilled, after six years at TPP… My colleagues, not only on my team, but across the floor, I count as friends. They’re supportive, fun and have a great attitude to work. I’ve received two promotions, with transparent and clearly defined objectives/milestones making each stage feel achievable and in synch with how hard I work. TPP have provided me with an invaluable opportunity to volunteer within the charity sector, this is something I’ve fully embraced, each year. Providing me with a rare sense of wellbeing, by helping others, whilst still working within the commercial world. " Glen Manners, Business Manager
