BeecherMadden are looking for a resourcer to work on their Perm Cyber Security Vacancies. This is a candidate focused market, if you find good candidates you will make placements as the team are very role heavy and very good at using candidates as leads. We are seeking someone who has had an introduction to recruitment already and wants to join a motivated, fast growing team in a boutique specialist agency. To be considered for the role you must be hard working, ambitious and articulate. We also value honesty in this business as a key principal and we give opportunity. For example if you fancied working internationally there is the option to transfer to our New York office in the future. We ideally want to take someone who wants to move to a 360 role in the future not someone who has done 360 and wants a delivery based career.
As a resourcer with us you are a marketeer and a networker. We put a lot of emphasis on LinkedIn, Headhunting, Meeting candidates, Attending Events, Meetups, Reading industry news and press, Taking part in industry events. You will work tirelessly to promote the brand and be in touch with relevant candidates. Sourcing in this industry is not using job boards.
We value resourcing extremely well, you will receive a 50% split of the deal value with consultants, your commission has no threshold and we pay up to 25% monthly.
