The Senior or Managing Consultant will play a pivotal and leading role in the continued growth of Talentmark across Europe and the US as the leading specialist recruitment solutions provider. This position sits within our Resourcing Solutions business unit focused on the provision of high quality, permanent solutions to our clients, based out of our Central London Head Office. - Strategic role working across Europe and the US - opportunity to relocate and establish a division on the ground in Switzerland, Germany or the US. - Existing client base - Growth plan and budget to hire a team under you - No threshold, monthly commission structure starting at 15% - Annual bonus at 20% of basic based on key objectives being met
- Accountable for revenue generation planning and to lead business development activities for your market - Develop and lead a team of recruiters ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded - Talentmark always strive to exceed targets and we are driven to achieve! - Lead the strategic direction of the Business Unit including client mapping, future trends and geographic expansion - Leverage existing, and develop new relationships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring the highest levels of quality and delivery
- Significant technical recruitment experience is essential, ideally within the life sciences industry, though not essential, with a demonstrable track record of hitting revenue targets - Ability and desire to line manage and develop a highly effective team - Proven experience of working with global clients, delivering effective project leadership and end to end delivery - Energy and enthusiasm to exceed business objectives and deliver outstanding results in an autonomous and mature environment
